Front End Web Developer
BAM Labs, an innovator in touchless health monitoring services is looking for a talented front-end rockstar. You will work closely with the design team to build a modern responsive web application.
Required Skills
- Several years of demonstrable experience developing dynamic web applications
- A JavaScript ninja
- Expert in hand-coding HTML5 and CSS3
- Solid understanding of various cross-browser compatibility issues
- Extensive technical experience with web technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with responsive design techniques across desktop, tablet and mobile
- Expertise with jQuery as well as experience with other JavaScript MV* frameworks such as Backbone.js, AngularJS, Ember.js and Handlebars client-side templates.
- Experience in RESTful API development
Pluses
- Experience in backend development with Grails
- Mobile development (iOS, Android)
- Web services and APIs (Facebook, Twitter, etc)
- Active in the developer community, you have a few Github projects and a JQuery plugin or two
- Experience with HTML5 mobile app solutions such as PhoneGap

We are looking for a Sr. Java Software Engineer to join a high-performance team working on our next generation highly scalable health monitoring web services system. You will design, implement and enhance a highly scalable software-based solution to collect and present health data to both consumers and health care providers.
For success in this role, you will bring:
- BSCS or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience with multi-tier web Java development
- Solid SQL abilities, experience with major databases
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented design and programming, Object Relational Mapping (ORM), Web presentation technologies such as Ajax. (5+ years)
- Experience with Patterns, agile development and testing
- Proficiency with IDE-based development, especially in Eclipse
- Experience with Linux and Windows
- Experience with test driven developmentpment
